Beloved of Good Shepherd Church,

Grace to you and peace in Jesus Christ our Lord!

There is a lot going on this week. I hope you’ll consider going slow as you’re able. Choose a path to Easter that includes joining with church friends (we’re all your friends you know!) in the Holy Week activities at Good Shepherd. 

Drop by one of our Bible studies, come to Evensong, or join us for Centering Prayer. Do something different to expose yourself to God in a new way as we move toward Easter day. Definitely come to the Good Friday service. Maybe help decorate the church on Holy Saturday. 

If you choose a spiritual practice for the week, it will pay off. That’s my wager. Try it and let me know what happens. You are in my prayers this Holy Week.
