Good Shepherd Episcopal Church in Lexington KY is looking for their next Associate/Assistant Rector for Engagement. The role will assume regular clergy responsibilities such as liturgical and sacramental leadership, incorporation into the preaching rotation, and working collaboratively with the whole staff to support the needs of the parish. This person will have primary oversight of engagement ministries including newcomers and pastoral care with the goal of inviting church members deeper into their faith journey through engagement in church life. Good Shepherd is an excellent parish for new and experienced clergy alike and candidates with a variety of interests and backgrounds are invited to apply. It is required to be ordained in the Episcopal Church.
