Being judgemental is toxic. On my death bed (or by the end of the week) I won’t care about the thing that I’m feeling so judgmental about right now, so why worry about it now? The trick is to give people what we all want - acceptance. Say this, “God, I have plenty of character defects, too. Help me mind my own business. Amen.”
