On average social media users are on the internet for 2.5hrs p/day. The internet is not evil, but it is time consuming. Time is our most precious resource. Jesus encourages us to spend some of our time in prayer. Prayer is talking to God and listening to God. Spend 10 full minutes in prayer every day this week.  Set a timer.  5 minutes in the morning, 5 in the evening.
