The Good Shepherd Choir is joining forces with the Choir of the Cathedral of Christ the King for a festival of hymns on Sunday, November 23, at 2:30 p.m. That Sunday, the Sunday before Advent, is known as Christ the King Sunday. The audience will be invited to sing along with familiar hymns like Crown him with many crowns, The King of love my shepherd is, and All creatures of our God and King. An 8-member brass ensemble and our own Alicia Helm McCorvey round out the offerings at this festive and fun gathering.
